At Swank Early Skills Development we have a team of dedicated professionals who are enriched by making a difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and their families.
We provide one on one ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy services to children age 18 months through school aged. Conveniently offering services to clients at our Lancaster center, in their homes, in school environments and via virtual services keeps the treatment we provide best suited to our clients needs and flexible for the needs of our team.
We are passionate about helping children find quality treatment and gain positive social and learning experiences to help them reach their full potential in education and life.

Serving Clients Locally
Our team serves clients in their homes, at our new renovated clinic in Lancaster, PA and now serving virtually to support families during the COVID-19 pandemic. This flexibility allows staff opportunities to work with clients in many areas of Central, PA. We do our best to partner staff with clients locally to minimize travel and allow staff more opportunities to serve clients within their availability.

ABA Behavior Technician [multiple positions]
Completed associate's or bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child development, early childhood education, special education, general education, social work, or a related field. Or a minimum of 48 completed credit hours in these fields.
Instructional Aide [multiple positions]
Currently Seeking professional and compassionate Instructional Aides for in-home support to students who are enrolled in Cyber School and need assistance staying on task/completing their daily assignments.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Full-time position as an integral part of our professional team.
Average caseload 70-80 hours/month
Client hours between 8am – 5pm; no evening or weekend clients
10 paid holiday days per year + PTO
Company paid conference / outside training opportunities
