What We Do

At Swank Early Skills Development our team of dedicated professionals are enriched by making a difference in the lives of children with developmental delays and their families.

We provide one on one ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children age 18 months through school aged.

Working with children at our Lancaster clinic, in their homes or in the school environment keeps treatment best suited to our clients and staff needs. 

We are passionate about helping children find quality treatment and creating positive social and learning experiences for a child to reach their full potential in education and life.

ABA Therapist/ Behavior Technician

Completed associate's or bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child development, early childhood education, special education, general education, social work, or a related field. Or a minimum of 48 completed credit hours in these fields. 

Instructional Aide/Assistant

Currently Seeking professional and compassionate Instructional Aides for in-home support to students who are enrolled in Cyber School and need assistance staying on task/completing their daily assignments.
